Free regular events on Tuesdays

We meet at the Community Centre

9.45 - 10.45am - Gentle seated exercise with instructor provided by Generation Games. First session is a free trial then £4 a week. A warm welcome will be given to new participants.

11am - Refreshments and a guest speaker or other activities

11.30 - 1pm - Silver Surfer computer club. Support for people wanting to learn smartphone or computer skills

The first Tuesday of the month 11am to 12 midday - Rosehill & Donnington Advice Centre are present or contact details can be passed on for private consultations.

We ask for a £1 donation to cover refreshments, outings, activities and events.

As a Community Group we do not receive any regular funding and rely on the generosity of members, well wishers and Community Grants to benefit local older people.

With careful management we provide support and reduce isolation for older people with friendship and varied program of activities.

We are looking for volunteers who might be free to support the weekly sessions with transport, help with activities and generally with setting up and clearing away each week.
